Grosvenor Casino Edgware Road app

Two Apps For One Edgware Road Venue

If you are heading to The Vic and want to see what is actually running before you walk into the building, Grosvenor Poker Live is the app that matters. It talks directly to The Victoria Poker Room on Edgware Road, shows you which cash games and tournaments are live at that moment, and lets you add your name to the waiting list without standing at the desk. On a busy Friday night when the 2/5 fills in minutes, that remote waitlist makes a real difference.

We also operate a second product alongside it: Grosvenor Poker: Online Games. This is a separate real-money online poker app, published by Grosvenor Casinos Limited and offered on Android via Google Play. It covers Hold’em and Six Plus Hold’em, with both cash games and tournaments available from your phone. These two apps look related because of the branding, but they are not interchangeable, and in practice it helps to know which one you are actually searching for.

Both products sit within the wider Grosvenor casino network, follow the same regulatory framework and brand standards, but day-to-day they solve different tasks for our players.

Getting Grosvenor Poker Live On Your Phone

On iPhone, installing Grosvenor Poker Live takes only a moment. Open the App Store, type “Grosvenor Poker Live” into search and look for the version published under the Grosvenor Casinos name. Tap Get, confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple ID password and the download starts. When the app launches for the first time, allow it to use your location - that setting is what lets the venue finder lock onto Edgware Road instead of sending you to a random club on the other side of London.

After the initial set-up, go straight into the Live Games area. There you will see the current schedule for The Victoria Poker Room in real time: which cash tables are open, which formats are live, what is coming up. From that view, joining a waiting list is only a couple of taps away, no extra shortcuts needed.

Android players are redirected into Grosvenor Poker: Online Games via Google Play. Search for the title by name, check that the publisher is GROSVENOR CASINOS LIMITED, then install and follow the on-screen account set-up. Under UK gambling rules we must complete age verification before anyone plays for real money, so the app will ask for this and we do not have discretion to skip it. Both applications are restricted to customers aged 18 or over, and our responsible gaming resources are always accessible at keepitfun.rank.com.

One operational point that applies across gambling apps in the UK market: when you create a new account, it pays to complete the identity verification step carefully the first time. Partial documents or mismatched details are by far the most common reason withdrawals end up delayed later, and that is an irritation which can be avoided.

What The App Shows About The Victoria Poker Room

The Vic is a 24/7 poker operation, with cash games available every day of the week. No Limit Hold’em is the core offer and the room regularly confirms active tables at several stake levels.

By checking the Grosvenor Casino Edgware Road app before you travel, you can see whether your preferred stake is currently open, work out an appropriate buy-in for that session, and if a table is already full you can put your name on the list without standing in the room. Once a seat becomes available, the app notifies you. It is a small digital feature but it changes how people organise an evening at the club.

Within the UK poker community, The Victoria Poker Room is recognised as one of the oldest established rooms in the country. We do not overstate that in marketing material - it is simply part of how the venue is seen in the industry.

Inside The Online Poker App

Grosvenor Poker: Online Games is built around a central lobby layout. Cash Games and Tournaments sit as the two main sections, and you can filter each by stake size and game type in line with standard online poker practice. When you tap into a specific table or event, the app shows available seats, key rules and structure details so that you know exactly what you are joining.

Account management is collected in the My Profile or Account area. That is where you will find your balance, previous transactions, personal settings and related options. Deposits are carried out through the dedicated Deposit section, with payment methods clearly listed there. Withdrawals follow the same logic: look for the Withdraw or Cashout function and then follow the prompts across the next few screens.

At present there is no confirmed play-money or demo environment inside this product. It operates as a real-money, age-verified app, consistent with how Grosvenor structures its digital offer in the UK. If you encounter a technical fault or the client misbehaves, support is available via [email protected], and the same address is surfaced within the in-app help area.

The Venue Itself

Grosvenor Victoria Casino sits at 150-162 Edgware Road, London W2 2DT. Regulars usually shorten this to The Vic. The property is based in Marylebone, roughly a five minute walk from Edgware Road Underground station and around eight minutes on foot from Marble Arch. The poker room is located on the floor above the main casino, where the table games and other product areas run alongside it.

For guests arriving by car, the car park entrance is on Brendon Street, a one-way street running down the side of the building. You will see a blue barrier at the entrance. This opens automatically for customers, so you do not need to search for a ticket machine or token system.

On-site dining is available and can be booked via OpenTable in advance. Below the poker room sits the main casino floor. It is a full-service venue with the usual Grosvenor table and electronic gaming mix, not just a stand-alone card room bolted onto a bank of slots.

Getting In Touch

For anything connected to online accounts, access to either app, or technical issues with installation, our primary channel is [email protected]. Within the help portal there is also an article titled “I can’t access the game” that outlines basic device requirements, connectivity checks and reinstall tips. It is generally worth checking that piece before sending an email, especially if the app simply will not load.
